It’s easy to offer delicious food.
However, It is very difficult to keep providing this value.
Therefore, I believe all the people who involved in our company have to continue growing together.
We value to cultivate a “management consciousness” that make us possible to think “What is needed to solve this problem?”. It is more important to solve a problem according to the “manual”.
Each employee thinks for himself/herself and makes a hypothesis and share and discuss it with each other.
We can provide and continue to provide safe and secure delicious food to our customer and the genuine hospitality that our customers demand, because each member of our company gathers with management consciousness,
