The Food is too good to be true here. i love the beef tongue. I have never eat any beef tongue this delicious. All other cut are also super delicious. They must have a special marinate that make all meat tastes sweat in a good way. this is the place i want to eat every time visiting Hawaii. Worth every penny!
The place to go to if you're looking for A5 wagyu (and/or American wagyu). Food is excellent and I would go if I'm craving grilled meat or Korean dishes (yukhoe/beef tartare, kimchi - made in house, and bibimbap). The meat portions are on the smaller size but are top quality; also, the side dishes are generous and equally delicious. Would recommend for a special occasion (especially for the course menu, where the meat is cooked for you; the chef's specials are also extremely good and feel special) or for an indulgent meal!
Ordered the Miyazaki and Washu beef set course and it didn't disappoint. Good balance of fatty and lean between the two beef types.
All the meats have very high quality. Highly recommend the seasonal specialties like hearts & cheeks. Kimchi is also very tasty. For ppl who don't like fatty wagyu, washu set would be your best choice.
